What if my product has a manufacturer defect?Updated 14 days ago
All sealed trading card products sold by Trading Card Market are brand new and factory-sealed.
Issues related to mispacks, misprints, missing manufacturer-inserted items, collation errors, or other factory defects must be addressed directly with the product manufacturer.
Examples include:
- Missing hits, autographs, relics, or inserts
- Missing cards
- Printing defects
- Factory damage to cards
- Incorrect pack contents
If you contact the manufacturer, they may request proof of purchase, packaging materials, wrappers, pack codes, or photos of the affected product. We recommend keeping all packaging and contents until the issue has been resolved.
Please note that manufacturer replacement programs and claim deadlines vary by manufacturer. Older products and expired redemption cards may no longer be eligible for manufacturer assistance.
