Package Protection is an optional service offered during checkout through Norton Shopping Guarantee.

When purchased, Package Protection may provide coverage for eligible packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged in transit, subject to Norton's terms and eligibility requirements.

If you need to file a claim, claims must be submitted directly through Norton Shopping Guarantee.

Please note:

• Package Protection is optional and can be added during checkout.
• Package Protection fees are non-refundable once tracking information has been assigned to an order.
• Certain Norton Shopping Guarantee benefits, including Identity Theft Protection and Lowest Price Guarantee programs, are not included with Trading Card Market purchases.
