If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible at s[email protected]. While we do our best to accommodate these requests, cancellations are only guaranteed if the order has not yet been processed by our fulfillment team.

We'll do our best to accommodate cancellation requests, but we cannot guarantee that an order can be cancelled once it has been submitted.

Orders can only be cancelled if they have not yet been processed by our fulfillment team. Once an order has been prepared for shipment or has left our facility, it can no longer be cancelled.

If your order has already shipped and you no longer want the item(s), you may request a return in accordance with our return policy.

The sooner you contact us, the better the chance that we're able to stop the order before it ships.
